We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹4,999 within India. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery to metro cities typically takes 3–5 business days, while the rest of India may take 5–7 business days. We deliver to over 20,000+ pin codes across India.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive the link.
Currently, we only ship within India. We are actively working on expanding our delivery to international destinations — stay tuned!
If you receive a damaged or opened package, please do not accept the delivery and report it to us immediately. If contents are damaged, take photos/videos while unboxing and contact our support team within 24 hours at sales@arkita.in.
