We offer a 7-day return policy on all unworn items with original tags attached. Simply contact us at sales@arkita.in with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.
Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days for metros and 5–7 business days for rest of India. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Free shipping on orders above ₹4,999.

Our products are crafted with care by skilled artisans across India. We are committed to ethical manufacturing and premium craftsmanship in every piece.
Care instructions vary by material. Generally, we recommend dry cleaning for silk and embroidered garments, and gentle hand wash in cold water for cotton items. Always check the care label on your product.
