We have a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Items must be in the same condition they were received — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached and in original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Certain items cannot be returned: customized or personalized products, items on final sale (clearance), and hygienic products where applicable.
Contact us at sales@arkita.in with your order number and reason for return. If accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
The fastest way to get a new item is to return the one you have and — once accepted — make a separate purchase. Alternatively, contact us to see if a direct exchange is possible for size or colour issues.
